      The best way to describe me to you is that I have developed practical experience
      in growing my own tax shelter and will not claim any expertise or magic formulas
      for you.

      What I promise to do in my recall is to enlighten you on how to grow your own tax
      shelter and grow it beyond the physical boundaries set by government regulations.
      I focus on the amount of money you have already set aside to grow for you within
      your tax shelter.   As a former teacher and retired educational administrator, I plan
      to walk you through the tools you will need to make money by increasing your
      holdings as the stock market takes its regular roller coaster ride.  However, I
      assume no responsibility for your actions.

      I will attempt to make you aware of what I have found to be profitable and
      successful in growing my own tax shelter investments.  It will involve a commitment
      on your part to be a careful observer, as you follow my recommendations.  You
      should know that I am not an advocate of gambling and do not like to take risks
      beyond what I deem to be appropriate as an investor.

      My best advice is given, as I walk you through the steps that I took to position
      myself to grow my own tax shelter.  The only regret I have with the financial moves
      I now make is the age-old problem of not learning it sooner.  I am sure that I could
      have earned much more money than I have with the methods I learned and
      developed on my own, but I am not going to allow greed to put me in a nerve
      ending experience.  Instead, I prefer to take smaller amounts of my total holdings
      within my tax shelter to grow it in a manner that satisfies my needs.

      With basic understanding of how mutual funds behave, plus the type of portfolio
      development that you will need to increase your holdings, my document will
      uncover a strategy that works well under the present structure of many mutual fund
      companies.  It would be a lot easier for me to review my methods and practices
      with professionals, but that is not what I plan to do.  I want to help the average
      worker to take responsibility for their own savings and to give each person the
      know how to accomplish it.
