The two-room second floor has an impressive bedroom with an alcove which may be used as a large open closet, or as a grand boudoir setting.  The bedroom's French door opens onto the front balcony, a classic Federal-style detail.  Imagine an elegant bath hidden in the alcove of the bathroom.

A large attic with its twin chimneys and two removable back panels provide space to store many of those seasonal accessories.
